Cover base NEW Formula — a new formula base coat that provides fast curing and long-lasting durability.

Application technique:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed apply ultrabond
- create an elastic underlayer of Scotch base and cure it
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend covering with top coat NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
