Application Technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if necessary, apply ultra bond
- make an elastic base layer of Scotch base and polymerize
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend covering with top NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Polymerization: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
