Cover base NEW Formula — new formula of base coat that provides fast curing and long-lasting durability.
Cover base NEW Formula:
— tested in an artificial aging chamber, resistant to lifting
— European pigment that creates a feeling of a semi-transparent base and stylish natural nails
— the base does not shrink, allowing coverage of any length
— no aggressive acids
— convenient consistency that quickly levels the coating in a few seconds
— no heating sensation during curing
— modern formula with no color fading
— has high flexibility, medium consistency
Application:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if needed apply Ultrabond
- create an elastic underlay with Scotch base and cure
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and level it carefully.
We recommend sealing with NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Curing: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
