Cover base NEW Formula — a new formula of base coat that provides fast polymerization and long-lasting durability.
Second part of 10 summer shades of Cover base NEW Formula:

Application technique:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if necessary apply ultrabond
- make an elastic layer of Scotch base and cure it
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend covering with a top NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Polymerization: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
