Cover base NEW Formula — a new formula of base coat that provides fast polymerization and long-lasting durability.

Application technology:
- degrease the nail plate
- apply dehydrator, if necessary apply ultrabond
- apply an elastic base layer of Scotch base and polymerize
- evenly distribute Cover base in one thin layer and carefully level it.
We recommend finishing with top NOTD Glossy Top No Wipe.
Polymerization: UV – 120 seconds, LED – 60 seconds.
