LUNAmoon. Premium Builder Gel #20 Powder pink, 100 ml, builder gel, powder pink

Classic Premium Builder Gel – a polymer light-curing material that, thanks to its strength, allows to significantly extend the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that trigger the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength.

Features:

• Has cushioning, does not crack on impact.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the 'extension without filing' technique.
• Suitable for extension 'on top forms'.
• Does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in cold, thinner in warmth.
• Thixotropic - becomes thinner if you move the brush during application.
• It can be additionally warmed to make the builder gel thinner.
• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. If thickness is less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly but does not affect wear.
• Does not shrink and holds the arch well.
• Requires a base layer of Rubber Base.
• Wavelength for polymerization 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the tip/ 1 mm at the apex.
• Complete polymerization 120 seconds.

Application Method: 

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm length, which we will remove after leveling.
3. Using a 220 grit nail file, dust without strong pressure on the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after using them.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base coat has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. The base layer of Rubber Base LUNAmoon is best applied with a flat brush for gel. Movements should be rubbing. Paint all the sidewalls of the nail and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tacky layer.
10. Level. If leveling with builder gel, leave a 0.5-1 mm gap from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will prevent material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the tacky layer and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal.
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and round the shape.
3. Using a 220 grit nail file, dust without strong pressure on the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.

10. Set up the form for extension of the free edge.
11. Shape the artificial nail with clear builder gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
13. Wipe off tacky layer and excess dust.
14. Go over areas where you filed again with Rubber Base LUNAmoon. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Level with builder gel, place in lamp and pinch at 10-15 seconds. If the gel has strong stickiness or contains glitter, pinch at 20 seconds.
16. Cure fully in lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the tacky layer before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Shelf life: 24 months. After opening, store no more than 18 months.
