PIXIE DREAM Collection by Mona.Art.Lab – is a unique collection of builder gels created in collaboration with the talented Mona.Art.Lab.
Each shade combines tenderness, delicate shine and a touch of fairy tale that inspires the creation of unique manicures.

Features:

• Is acid-free.
• Has a medium consistency.
• Has medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.
• Suitable for extension on top forms.
• Does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in cold and thinner in warmth.
• Thixotropic — becomes thinner if you move the brush during work.
• Can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner.
• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. If the thickness is less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wearing.
• Does not shrink and holds the arch well.
• Requires a backing of Rubber Base.
• Wavelength for polymerization 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness: 0.5 mm at the edge / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. Using a 180-grit file, file from above without strong pressure, raising the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and side sinuses.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. It is best to apply the Rubber Base backing with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Paint all sinuses of the nail and dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Level. If leveling with gel, leave a 0.5–1 mm gap from the cuticle. Dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no material detachments. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material from the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the sticky layer and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.
3. Using a 180-grit file, file from above without strong pressure, raising the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.

11. Shape the artificial nail with transparent gel. Dry for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and give the nail the desired shape.
13. Wipe off the sticky layer and excess dust.
14. Go over the areas where the file was used again with Rubber Base. Dry for 30 seconds.
15. Level with gel, place in the lamp, and clamp at the 10th–15th second. If the gel has a strong sticky layer or contains glitter, clamp at the 20th second.
16. Finish drying in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the sticky layer before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
