You Are Cute. Builder Gel #08, 15 ml, builder gel
Builder Gel – polymer light-curing material, which due to its strength allows significant lengthening of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that start the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength.
Features:
- Acid-free.
- Has shock absorption, does not crack upon impact.
- Medium consistency.
- Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
- Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.
- Suitable for extension "on top forms".
- Does not cause burning in the lamp.
- Becomes thicker in cold, thinner in warmth.
- Thixotropic – becomes thinner if the brush is moved during application.
- Can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner.
- Hard at 1 mm thickness. If thickness is less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wear.
- Does not shrink and holds the arch well.
- Requires a Rubber Base underlay.
- Polymerization wavelength 365-405 nm.
- UV/Led lamp power 36-48W.
- Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the tip/ 1 mm at the apex.
- Full polymerization 120 seconds.
Application method:
STRENGTHENING
- Removal.
- Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm length, which we will remove after leveling.
- Use a 220 grit file to file without strong pressure on top of the nail, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
- Do a manicure.
- If working with removers, wash hands with soap after use.
- Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and sidewalls.
- Primer is optional, but if the base for underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
- Apply the Rubber Base underlay best with a flat gel brush. Movements should be pressing-in. Paint all nail sinuses and cure in lamp for 60 seconds.
- Wipe off the tacky layer.
- Level. If leveling with gel, make a 0.5–1 mm indentation from the cuticle. Cure in lamp for 60 seconds.
- File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create a thickness at the nail edge that will hold the free edge.
- If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will prevent material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
- After filing, wipe off the tacky layer and apply gel polish.
- Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing, as the shine may be lost.
CLASSIC EXTENSION
- Removal
- Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.
- Use primer
- Apply the Rubber Base underlay best with a flat gel brush. Movements should be pressing-in. Paint all nail sinuses and cure in lamp for 60 seconds.
- Wipe off the tacky layer.
- Install a form for extending the free edge of the nail.
- Lay out the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
- File the free edge and shape the nail as desired.
- Wipe off tacky layer and excess dust.
- Go over the areas where the file was used again with Rubber Base. Cure for 30 seconds.
- Level with gel, place in lamp and clamp at the 10-15th second. If the gel has strong tackiness or contains glitter, clamp at the 20th second.
- Cure for an additional 120 seconds in the lamp.
- Wipe off the tacky layer before applying gel polish.
- Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing, as the shine may be lost.
