You Are Cute. Builder Gel #04, 15 ml, builder gel

Builder Gel – polymer light-curing material, which due to its strength allows significant extension of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that trigger the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength.

Features:

• Acid-free.
• Has shock absorption, does not crack upon impact.
• Medium consistency.
• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the 'no-file extension' technique.
• Suitable for extension on top forms.
• Does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in cold, thinner in heat.
• Thixotropic – becomes thinner when moving the brush during work.
• Can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner.
• Hard at 1 mm thickness. If less than 1 mm, it may flex slightly, but this does not affect wear.
• No shrinkage and holds the arch well.
• Requires an underlayer of Rubber Base.
• Wavelength for polymerization 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Allowable coating thickness 0.5 mm at the tip / 1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application method: 

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which we will remove after leveling.
3. Using a 220 grit nail file, gently file the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and nail folds.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base coat for the underlayer has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. The underlayer of Rubber Base is best applied with a flat gel brush. Movements should be pressing. Draw all nail folds and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the tackiness.
10. Level. If leveling with gel, leave a 0.5–1 mm indentation from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail is thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will start to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the tackiness and apply gel polish.
14. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.
3. Using a 220 grit nail file, gently file the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Perform a manicure.

9. Wipe off the tackiness.
10. Set the form for extending the free edge of the nail.
11. Apply the artificial nail shape with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and give the nail the desired shape.
13. Wipe off tackiness and excess dust.
14. Go over once more with Rubber Base on areas where a file was used. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Level with gel, place in the lamp and pinch at the 10-15th second. If the gel has strong tackiness or contains glitter, pinch at the 20th second.
16. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off tackiness before applying gel polish.
18. Apply top coat. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
