You Are Cute. Builder Gel #01, 15 ml, builder gel for extensions

Builder Gel – a polymer light-curing material, which due to its strength allows significant lengthening of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that start the polymerization process when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength.

Features:

• Acid-free.
• Has cushioning, does not crack upon impact.
• Medium consistency.
• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.
• Suitable for the “extension without filing” technique.
• Suitable for “on top forms” extension.
• Does not cause burning in the lamp.
• Becomes thicker in cold, and thinner in warmth.
• Thixotropic — becomes thinner if you move the brush during work.
• Can be additionally warmed to make the gel thinner.
• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. If the thickness is less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, but this does not affect wear.
• No shrinkage and holds the arch well.
• Requires an underlayer of Rubber Base.
• Wavelength for polymerization 365-405 nm.
• UV/LED lamp power 36-48W.
• Permissible coating thickness 0.5 mm at the end/1 mm at the apex.
• Full polymerization 120 seconds.

Application Method: 

STRENGTHENING

1. Removal.
2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.
3. With a 220 grit file, file lightly without strong pressure on the nail from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
4. Do a manicure.
5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after use.
6. Degrease the nail using Nail Prep. Do two approaches. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the nail surface. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it, and wipe everything in the cuticle area and the nail folds.
7. Primer is optional, but if the base for the underlayer has sufficient acidity, it is not needed.
8. The Rubber Base underlayer is best applied with a flat gel brush. Movements should be rubbing. Draw all the nail folds and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Level. If leveling with gel, make an indent of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary so that a thickness is created at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will prevent material peeling. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will begin to separate from the hard material at the free edge.
13. After filing, wipe off the sticky layer and cover with gel polish.
14. Cover with top. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. Removal
2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.
10. Install the form for extending the free edge of the nail.
11. Apply transparent gel to form the artificial nail. Cure for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and give the nail the desired shape.
13. Wipe off the sticky layer and excess dust.
14. Go over again with Rubber Base on the areas where you used the file. Cure for 30 seconds.
15. Level with gel, place in the lamp, and clamp at the 10th–15th second. If the gel has strong stickiness or contains glitter, clamp at the 20th second.
16. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Wipe off the sticky layer before covering with gel polish.
18. Cover with top. Cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
