Neon Base<\/strong> is a camouflage base of bright neon color. This collection spreads perfectly over the nails and creates a beautiful reflection. It looks interesting in glossy and matte versions.<\/p>
The bases of the Neon collection are made with a new formula — now they have a thinner consistency, cure better, and do not burn in the lamp.<\/p>
