CARBIDE PRO AND CARBIDE COLD SERIES BITS – diamond-coated bits with a carbide base for skin treatment.
They have different types of coating.

Manufacturing features:
– The base is made of tungsten nanocarbide, meaning they are resistant to temperature, moisture, and steam
– Each bit base is checked for radial runout and the coating is inspected under a microscope
– Diamond particles are additionally sieved, so they have the same geometric shape and are perfectly evenly coated on the bit
– The special shape of the Cold and PRO coating removes dust and works more efficiently

Recommendations for use:
– RPM: 15-20 thousand for devices with a power of 60-65 watts
– Disinfection: disinfectant solution for diamond bits
– We do not recommend cleaning diamond bits with metal brushes; it is better to use a toothbrush with stiff bristles
– Sterilization: in an autoclave or dry heat sterilizer, after pre-drying

Advantages:
– Bits do not cause discomfort even for the most sensitive clients
– They do not leave scratches on the nail, ideal for manicure without coating
– Manicure speed has increased almost 2x
– Bits do not clog and perform work from the first pass
– Ball bits for e-file allow you to do e-file manicure even for clients for whom it didn't work before
– They last 3-4 times longer than regular diamond bits
– They do not darken after sterilization
