F.O.X Hard Gel is a self-leveling gel in a liquid consistency. Suitable for work without filing. Can be used not only for extensions, but also for strengthening nails. It has excellent adhesion to the natural nail, holds the arch perfectly and is highly durable.
Application technique:
Standard nail plate preparation
1. Apply F.O.X Nail Prep degreaser to the buffed nail surface;
2. Apply F.O.X Ultrabond — an acid-free primer for additional adhesion;
3. Apply a layer of flexible base (F.O.X Base Power, F.O.X Base Rubber or F.O.X Air Base) with rubbing motions and cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2 min., 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 60 sec.
On nail forms:
4. Place the sculpting forms and form a thin underlay with the gel. Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 1 min., 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds.
5. Remove the forms and build the nail architecture with the gel to the desired length. Cure in a 36W UV lamp for 2-3 min., 36/48W LED/UV lamp for 2-4 min., depending on the thickness of the applied layer.
6. Remove the tacky layer and file. The nail is ready for gel polish or top coat by F.O.X.
Removed by filing.
