Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner nail techs.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes color selection for clients much easier.

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in an LED lamp 24W.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply transparent or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in an LED lamp 48W.

Curing time: 60 sec in an LED lamp 48W.
