Top LUMEN is a top coat that glows in the dark. Thanks to its formula, it accumulates light from any light source during the day, and releases it in the dark.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Medium consistency
  • Without sticky layer
  • Easy to apply
  • Has a nice shine
  • May give a slightly yellow tint to light colors

HOW TO USE:

1) Apply a thin layer to the nail

2) Add a small drop and spread

3) Cure Curing time: in a 48W LED lamp 60 seconds.
