Top Cheers is a matte top without a sticky layer that maintains good matteness for two weeks. It is a top with golden foil glitter, like living bubbles, creating a playful and festive effect on nails.
- Flexible, does not break on nails;
- Scratch-resistant, does not rub off;
- Easy to wipe clean from dirt;
- Has a self-leveling consistency of glitter;
- Gives a nice plush effect on nails.
It is recommended to polymerize in a lamp for 2 minutes to maximize matteness retention!

APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY:
- Perform standard nail preparation.
- After that, it is recommended to clean the nail plate using Prep&Finish Edlen degreaser.
- Apply Ultrabond Edlen – a special product that promotes a strong bond between the artificial material and the nail plate.
- Apply Edlen base coat in a thin or leveling layer, cure it in a UV lamp – 90 sec, in an LED/hybrid lamp – 60 sec.
- Apply Top matt Cheers Edlen in one layer, distribute the glitter well over the nail plate and cure in a UV lamp – 90 sec, in an LED/hybrid lamp – 60 sec.
Ingredients: Di-hema trimethylhexyl dicarbamate, droxypropyl methacrylate, hema (hydroxyethyl methacrylate), methylbenzyl diphenylphosphine oxide, hedroxycyclohexyl ketone, glyceryl dimethacrylate pyromellitate, p-hydroxyanisole.
