Ugly cat’s eye — a collection of cat's eye chameleon gel polishes with a contrasting bronze sheen.
Cat's eye gel polish is a colored nail coating that contains magnetic particles which, using a magnet, allow you to create a sheen similar to a cat's eye.
The gel polishes of the Ugly collection are based on complex shades: from copper-gold to dirty green. Inclusions of blue mother-of-pearl deepen the glassy sheen effect. Ultra-fine magnetic particles instantly react to the magnet and form a glare.
The Ugly collection is inspired by urban aesthetics. Among the shades of the collection, there is no classical beauty, only its distorted and bold interpretation, which reproduces the ugly-beauty trend.
Ugly cat’s eye are suitable for designs in grunge, avant-garde, neogothic styles and look natural in ugly glam and raw beauty concepts.
It is recommended to apply without a colored base to preserve the chameleon effect.
How to apply cat's eye gel polish?
0-3 Preparation. Prepare the nail plate for applying gel polish in the standard way: manicure, degreasing, dehydration, bonding.
4. Base: Apply a medium layer of base coat. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Design: Color: apply a layer of cat's eye gel polish. Before curing, magnetize the glare* Cure the gel polish in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For a more intense effect, apply a second layer in the same way.
* you can use a regular magnet, a stronger magnet, or magnets of different shapes and sizes
6. Top: seal the coating with a top coat. Cure in an LED lamp for 90 seconds.
PRO tip: if the glare didn't work the first time, simply break the pigment with a brush (simulate applying a layer of gel polish) and start over
