Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, tender shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no additional effort, thus suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
