Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced technician and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which makes it much easier to select a color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48 W LED lamp.
