Neo Cover Base - Universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to lightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections and give a delicate, soft shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

Instructions for Use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
