Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide minor imperfections and give a delicate subtle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, therefore it is suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette replicates the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base onto prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
