Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and give a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced master and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

Method of use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove stickiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Polymerization time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
