Neo Cover Base - Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that is self-leveling and does not require extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced technicians and beginners.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for clients.

Purpose: for gentle leveling, for color coating

Product characteristics:
- HEMA-free and TPO-free
- Minimal sticky layer
- Medium consistency and self-leveling
- Balanced pigment content – for easy application

Palette: 22 colors

Usage instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base onto prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24 W LED lamp.
2. Wipe off the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.

Ingredients: Polyacrylic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica.
