Neo Cover Base - Universal base for a perfect manicure. It is designed to lightly even out the nail surface, hide minor imperfections, and give a delicate soft tint to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that easily self-levels and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and beginners.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, and Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for clients.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds under a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp.
