Gel tips for nail extensions are used by professional nail artists to turn short nails into long ones. The materials last a long time. They can be not completely removed, but corrected — a maximum of 1–2 times. They are strong but flexible, which makes it easy to attach them to the nails without additional effort. The tips are made of gel (acrylic), so they can be filed and soaked in gel polish remover.

Stiletto XL tips
Size: 3.5 cm on the index finger. In the package — 500 pcs.

Extension method:

1. Removal.

2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and make a round shape.

3. Using a 220 grit file, file the top of the nail without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Do a manicure.

5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.

6. Degrease the nail using LUNAmoon Nail Prep. Do two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the sinuses.

7. Use a dehydrator (optional).

8. Use LUNAmoon primer.

9. It is best to apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base underlay with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. Draw all the sinuses of the nail and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.

10. Wipe off the sticky layer.

11. Select the desired size of gel tips.

12. Apply a base coat to the contact area inside the tips.

13. Place the form on the nail plate and, holding it on the client's finger, move the hand under the lamp and cure until fully polymerized.

14. Make the desired nail shape using a nail file.

15. Wipe off the sticky layer and excess dust.

16. Apply Rubber Base again and cure for 30 seconds.

17. Level only with colored bases. The tips are already hard, and if you apply a hard material again on a hard tip, peeling will occur.

18. Level with a clear base if using gel polish.

19. Finish curing in the lamp for 120 seconds.

20. Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. After curing, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.

Correction method:

1. Remove the coating down to the tip. If there is any lifting, remove it with a drill.

2. Using a 220 grit file, file the top of the nail without strong pressure, or use a 100 grit buffer.

3. File the shape.

4. Do a manicure.

5. If working with removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.
