Attention! To avoid unwanted polymerization of the material during work, testing, or content creation, keep the open bottle or brush as far away from daylight (especially direct sunlight) as possible. Please also note that even in cloudy weather, clouds transmit a large amount of ultraviolet radiation, which is sufficient for the material to begin polymerizing. When painting tips, we recommend keeping the working side of the UV lamp turned away from the technician. If you hold the turned-on lamp with the light facing the technician, unwanted polymerization of the material on the brushes and necks of open bottles may occur.

How to prevent bubbles in the material?

Bubbles can appear in any liquid. This does not depend on the formula or ingredients. It depends on the density (viscosity).
It's simply a law of physics, nothing else.

For example, in water, bubbles last very briefly and escape on their own.
If we take denser liquids (honey, thick builder gel, etc.) - in these products, bubbles settle in willingly and do not leave as quickly as in water.

The same goes for base. If you work carelessly with the brush, dipping it sharply into the bottle, it involuntarily acts as a blender, mixing the material with air and creating bubbles. This is especially true for materials in bottles with a brush.

Therefore, make GENTLE, soft movements with the brush!
Especially when the bottle is new and full.

When we were developing the tint base product, we had a choice of density. We deliberately chose a medium-density consistency because it has advantages:
- the material does not run or seep anywhere;
- contours are clear without extra effort;
- the technician can calmly build the architecture and has time to check it by the gloss;
- there is no need to apply a second coat to refine the architecture or camouflage the free edge.

At our production facility, we have equipment that prevents the formation of bubbles in the material at all stages - from pigment mixing to bottling.

We also warn our partners that we are against a store consultant opening a bottle for a client to show the material. Because a consultant who is not a technician does not understand that bubbles can be created with the brush, even without realizing it.
Not to mention that the necks of bottles look unaesthetic when they are soiled with material all the way to the top.

If bubbles appear in the material, how to fix it?

Unscrew the bottle cap, but do not remove the brush.
Place it in a warm (but not hot!) place overnight.
Or put the bottle in a plastic bag and immerse it in warm water (up to the neck).

According to the laws of physics, in a warm environment, molecules move faster, which speeds up the process.
The air will rise to the surface; it is lighter than the liquid.
