Neo Cover Base - base coat universal for a perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections, and give a delicate gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both an experienced nail tech and a beginner.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which significantly simplifies color selection for the client.

Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base onto prepared nails, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tacky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base coat.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
