Neo Cover Base - base coat universal for perfect manicure. It is created to slightly level the nail surface, hide small imperfections and add a delicate soft shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and does not require extra effort, so it is suitable for both an experienced professional and a beginner.
The palette repeats the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly facilitates color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove tackiness.
3. Apply clear or colored base coat.
4. Cure 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Cure time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
