Neo Cover Base - universal base for an ideal manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal small imperfections, and give a delicate, gentle shade to natural nails.
The bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, so it suits both experienced and beginner professionals.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, making it easier to choose a color for the client.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin layer of adhesive base to prepared nails, cure for 60 sec in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the tackiness.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 sec in a 48W LED lamp.
