How to use?
- Prepare the nail plate
- Apply a thin layer of Balance Base Else to the entire surface of the nail.
- Do not level, do not create architecture - this is an underlayer. Polymerize in lamp: 60 sec - hybrid or LED lamp, 120 sec UV lamp
- Continue work with camouflaging materials Else.
