Method of application:

1. After curing the color, apply Rain Effect Top and cure for 60 seconds.
2. Then apply Top Expert over it (or test any other top coat first on a tip). Apply Top Expert very thinly.
3. Within a few seconds, the top coat starts to form beautiful droplets.
4. After the effect is formed, cure for 120 seconds for maximum durability of the result.
