Neo Cover Base - universal base for perfect manicure. It is designed to slightly level the nail surface, conceal minor imperfections, and give a delicate, subtle shade to natural nails.
Bases have a medium consistency that self-levels easily and requires no extra effort, making it suitable for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.
The palette matches the shades of Power Builder Gel, Fast Builder Gel, Neo Cover Top, which greatly simplifies color selection for the client.

How to use:
1. On prepared nails, apply a thin layer of adhesive base, cure for 60 seconds in a 24W LED lamp.
2. Remove the sticky layer.
3. Apply a clear or colored base.
4. Cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

Curing time: 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
